Casserole, Tuna or Chicken

Tuna or Chicken Casserole
Boil Brown Rice Pasta macaroni elbow noodles (Tinkyada brand is a favorite) until soft and drain water
Add 1 can GF Progresso mushroom soup or organic mushroom soup
Add 1 can of tuna or chicken
Season to taste
Stir until everything is warm and eat
Or
Bake in the oven with cheese on top to make it a melty, cheesy casserole
