Wilted Spinach

There are many ways I like to eat spinach. (I even drink Spinach.) Slimy is not one of them.

This dish has the potential of being quite involved depending on your shopping choices.
For me, this is a quick and easy side dish to throw together.

In a large skillet, melt
2 Tablespoons Butter ( why pastured butter is better)
1/4 cup Crumbled Bacon (we get this large bag at Costco)

Open the bag of Parmesan (really, I promise you want to do this.)
Put two large hand fulls of Spinach in the skillet
Toss quickly coating the Spinach with the butter.
While tossing sprinkle the parmesan over the top.




Remove from heat.
